Open a Canvas
Click New Canvas from the home screen and choose a size. Or open an existing image to paint over it. Projects save automatically.

Choose Your Brush
Pick any tool from the left toolbar. Adjust Size, Opacity and Smoothing in the right panel. Shortcuts: P Pen, B Brush, W Watercolor, Y Oil, E Eraser.

Pick a Color
Four modes: Palette (5 curated sets), Wheel (hue ring), Sliders (HSB + RGB), and Harmony (auto complementary colors).

Work with Layers
Click + Add for a new layer, drag to reorder, double-click to rename. Toggle the eye icon to hide. Merge or flatten layers as needed.

Navigate
Scroll to zoom. Hold Space + drag to pan. On touch: pinch with two fingers to zoom. Press Fit to reset view.

Edit and Enhance
Open Edit Tools panel for brightness, contrast, saturation. Apply filters (B&W, Sepia, Vintage, Warm, Cold). Rotate, flip, crop, watermark.

Remove Background
From home screen click Remove BG, upload an image — background is erased automatically. Adjust tolerance in the Export panel.

Export
Choose PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG (every stroke as vector), or PSD (each layer as PNG in a ZIP). Click Export in the header.

Pro Tips
Paint like a pro.
Sketch first, then paint. Use Pencil S at 20% opacity on a dedicated layer. Lower it to 30% visibility, paint on a new layer above it.
Watercolor technique: Keep opacity at 15-25% and build washes gradually. Use Wet Watercolor J for soft blooms and bleeding edges.
Paper texture matters. Apply Watercolor paper when using watercolor brushes — it breaks up strokes and adds authentic grain.
Remove BG precision: Tolerance 10-15 for white backgrounds. Tolerance 40-60 for colorful backgrounds. Use the Grid button to see transparency.
SVG for print. Pen, Brush and Ink strokes are saved as vector paths — scale to any size without quality loss.
Harmony tab auto-generates professional color schemes. Triadic = bold contrast. Analogous = natural harmony. Click any swatch to apply instantly.
